I was very impressed with his decisiveness last night. When he got the ball, there was no hesitation and he knew exactly what to do and where to go. All I kept thinking was he's finally playing up to NFL game speed... hell even faster than it.

Yes I caught that last night as well; I've been dying for a run like that from him and he delivered one. Combined backs produced a good outing and that ultimately keep the Giants D off balanced

Last night was the first time I saw a design run for Ingram to the outside and what happened, a 35 yard TD. If they give him more plays like that he will have the big runs but most of the time they having running between the tackles making the tough yards. Which I still think he is doing a great job.

I too was pleased with his performance. I like Ingram and think he will make a very good back. He just needs time and patience. He is improving. At least he isn't toe tapping in the back field when he gets the ball while the defenders pounce on him. He gets the ball and does his best to plow through the line.

I liked what Ingram did last night also,PT looked great, and Sproles did his thing but on 3rd and 1 or 4th and 1 I'll take Ivory and PT every time without hesitation.

Some people were too quick to judge Ingram, some backs can be pegged after there first couple games - thats when they aren't in a crowded backfield
Ingram is in a group of 4 RB's, he didn't get enough carries to get into any kind of rhythm until around the colts game. Mark played a good game, was very decisive and the guy is powerful, doesn't quit (much like PT) |
