Not the worse officiating ever obviously you guys didn't see the start of the season!!!
I thought the calls were legit except the one on Bushrod... that was BS. Henderson's catch was incomplete... it hit the ground |

I agree with everyone. Glad Saints won, first of all. 10-3 is a good place. The Saints let it get really close there. Too close.
The refs were totally off. Unbelievable officiating. That Graham TD was a TD. For these reasons with officials, the Saints have to keep playing 4 qrtrs. of football and the defense needs to turn up every qrtr. and play the whole qrtr. The officials these days call what is there, not there. What is not there, like that Titans' TD, they call it there. |

The whole idea of calling a quarterback for a false start, because his head is moving when he yells the signals, is a total joke, in the modern Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Drew Brees era. I vaguely remember seeing a QB get called for head-bobbing a fake snap, in some AFC game in the 1970s sometime when I was a little kid, but in the modern era it's a totally ridiculous call...it shows you how inept the officiating crew was...QB's do that all day long, every Sunday, around the league...I don't know them, but my suspicion is that this was a small-market crew that is not used to dealing with elite teams, and not prepared for envelope-pushing play, and they were not prepared to handle the fast speed and subtleties of the contemporary pro game. And they compensated for their lack of authority with ticky-tacky holding calls, bad spots (there was even a crucial very bad spot of the ball for Tennessee at one point), phantom flags (picked up, "there is no foul on the play") and so forth.

That karma is a female dog. hassleback gets all pumped up after the call and then hurts himself jumping up and down.
