Only difference I see is the speed... which is overrated. If Colston was force fed and targeted 10+ times a game like Fitz, there numbers would practically be identical imo. Remember Fitz hasn't exactly been surrounded by hags his whole career. He's had Warner, Boldin, and Breaston flanking him for quite a while.

I do agree that Fitz is a better receiver... but as I suggested, I feel a lot of it has to do with opportunity. He does have better production and as long as Colston is wearing black and gold in the well oiled machine we have, we'll just never know how good he could have been.
