Saints working on correcting giving up passes over the top

If Williams leaves which I think he will, Jeff Fisher would be my pick for DC, I don't think we would regress, I think we would be in the top 10. With Payton and Fisher the Saints would be lethal on both sides of the ball.

Williams expects the Vikings to try and see if the Saints have corrected their ills this weekend when New Orleans travels to Minnesota.

“A lot of times … once you’re on film doing something, a good coach makes sure you corrected it so the next team will try it,” Williams said. “Let’s see if we corrected it. That’s the mark of a good staff in that respect.”

Well I expect Peterson to try and run on us. And if we are leading late then for Minnesota to try and beat us with throws in the center.

BTW Gregg. Mark fo a good staff woulda been you getting the correction done before Sean had beaten you with his crutch

The only CONTAINMENT we got was when they were inside our 10-yard-line and contained because THERE WAS NO DOWNFIELD!!!

Nice thought - but Fisher is a head coach and is, smartly, waiting for the right situation.
