Brees passing record; might as well start calling it what it is!!
I have heard on some sports shows and read in a few articles that Brady & possibly Rodgers may shatter Brees' record this weekend.
Right now, Brees has 5087 yds, Brady has 4897,(190) & Rodgers has 4643, (444); yards behind Brees are in parenthesis. Brees throwing for between 200 and 300 yds is not out of the realm of possibilty against Carolina Sunday in the SuperDome. Rain is forecast for the Patriots game, which will probably cut down on Brady passing a lot. The Packers have the #1 seed locked down and truly have nothing to play for; the Lions are in the playoffs irregardless if they beat Green Bay or not. |

Considering that Brees also plays this Sunday, no one will break his record this year.
