Umm....... hmmmm.....

I think the American Armed forces should only use Midgets and Dogs.
Because it would reduce the cost of Aircraft Carriers , ships, tanks, and food by 50 % , because everything is so tinny........

...Plus midgets don't even have to duck, they can just run right at you.
