I don\'t think he\'ll make it out of the 1st round. As far as trading up if he drops to the end of the 1st, anything is possible, but I wouldn\'t make that move. The way I see it, there are some good OLB and CB that we could pick up in the 2nd, whereas the talent level of the MLB is not that deep. If Vilma is there when we pick 1st, we need to pull that trigger.

Williams and Lehman both play on the outside, but I don\'t think we lose much by not taking Vilma in favor of either of them.
If we take a corner at #18, I\'m not really keen on moving up to try and get Vilma. But right now, I\'m not convinced that Vilma gets past the Jets. At any rate, I\'d be in favor of trying to pick up a MLB after the June 1 cuts or just gut it out with Ruff and try to pick some of the outstanding talents for OLB with the 2 second round picks. I\'m not convinced that Haz is taking a corner in round 1 though.... |

I dont think Haz takes a CB in the first either. There are alot of CB in the draft this year, I see him taking a LB in the first and maybe trading the 2 2s to move up if need to get a quality CB.

Vilma won\'t slip now, especially since the big concern was his weight, then he weighs in at the combine at a natural looking 232.
If you want him to slip past the jets, hope that the Jets land a solid LB in FA or a trade. |

Vilma wont be there when we pick and I think we can get an able CB int he 2nd round. We may go OLB for WIlliams are we are going best athlete.
