Keyou Craver, keep or cut?

I think he could/should make the move to free-safety or even strong safety if he can get back up to 200/205. I think he was listed as the back-up safety on our depth chart last year. Didn’t he bulk up and and have to play safety for Nebraska his senior year? Any thoughts? |

He hasn\'t been with the team any longer than Stallworth and he has been injured also. That means he\'s had less than two years of experience at full speed. Like Stallworth, the kid needs to buck up. Also like Stallworth, it\'s too early to give up on the guy.

I think we should have went after Darrell Jackson and tried to move Horn. I think Stallworth has the potential to be a stud -barring injury problems- if given the chance to be the man. Jackson, Stallworth, Pathon, Crowell....Thats would be a great crew with a lot less mouth. People talk about Stallworth having a lot of drops. Lets not forget about the MANY key drops Horn had this year. I don\'t know what has changed with him. He used to be money, but his mouth has gotten bigger than his talent. I am anxious to see how Crowell does since he played with Brooks in college.

Crowell has had injury problems and yet prove he can be a number one. The Saints picked him up as insurance and add some competion with the WR. If he pans out GREAT. If not no big deal. Getting rid of Horn, ya might as well shoot yourself in the foot. When you have a great combination of QB/WR ya don\'t mess with that... it was a bad year for the team overall and we should just move on... getting rid of horn or brooks we might as well get rid of Deuce and just start all over from scratch. Horn is a Pro-bowler and a class act except for one phone call.

Amazing. Joe Horn is the best recevier in the history of the franchise. In only five or six years of playing for this team, he\'ll end up holding every receiving record this team\'s got, and that\'s versus guys who played here for a decade or more. Now, you guys all want to get rid of him!!! Why? He\'s got a mouth? Welcome to the NFL. He\'s getting old? You guys aren\'t screaming to get rid of Carter, Thomas, Fontenot... those guys are OLDER and less productive. The man has gone to the Pro Bowl three of the last four years. Other than Deuce, no player is performing at as high a level on this team. Trade Horn and keep Stallworth? Trade a guy who went to the Pro Bowl his first three seasons with the team for a guy who hasn\'t been able to PLAY, let alone start, in a full season worth of games yet? You guys are out of your minds.

Horn may be a bit disruptive, but I wouldn\'t say that his actions are hurting the team. However, we can\'t overlook getting good value for him in a trade, if possible. He is getting older and soon we can expect a decline in his talent. Last year, he was hurt and still put up decent numbers so I believe he can still play. |
