Yea I know. Trust me I certainly don't think that cutting one's hair makes them a better player. It just seemed funny that he finally put together a few good games after the dreds were cut.

Maybe in a game where the slightest advantage helps, the removal of the "look at me I'm so cool" distraction actually increases focus on the task at hand resulting in a more consistent performance congruent with his skill level. Or maybe he's just getting better. |

It makes him look even more crazed while he's knocking the other players on their a$$e$. Keep it. Robinson cut his to show he's serious. Ivory don't need to be serious, just crazy.

Keep the hair!!! If he loses the hair, he loses his ability to truck the hell out of people.

I do not like the long hair, be it dreads, or straight and blond, or fluffy like the Somoan guys.
I really think it is dangerous. If pulled by their hair, accidently, it can be really dangerous. You cannot see their names of their jerseys for the hair. |

Somehow I find myself a fan of end zone dances and associated penalty risk for the fun of it. But, not of offensive players giving an opposing D anything else to grab on it.
I don't know why this would be legal and a horse-collar not legal. It seems like it would be possible to really hurt a runner's neck by grabbing/yanking the hair. Anyway, hair will grow back, or you can get extensions for awhile. I say cut it and dance in the end zone!!! Win, dance, again, win, .... etc. |
