Nate Bussey activated to 53 man roster?
 

New Orleans Saints linebacker Nate Bussey tweeted that he will be promoted to the active roster from the practice squad.

The rookie who was drafted in the seventh round out of Illinois has been on the practice squad all season.

The Saints have not confirmed the transaction and remains who's roster spot he'll be taking.

Wonder who he is replacing!

Both Casillas and Herring were injured during the Panthers game. Not to mention, Vilma did not suit up.

Bussey is a ST as well so it might be Casillas...which is just a guess on my part.

Could be someone tried to sign him off our PS and forced us to activate him or lose him.

I know Nate Bussey can catch, that makes him and pat robinson the only defensive players who can.
If he gained some knowledge for next year he could help, maybe just for special teams purposes at the minute
