Detroit— Oddsmakers have spoken, and not favorably about the Lions' playoff chances.

The Saints, according to vegasinsider.com, were considered by noon Monday at 10.5-point favorite over the Lions for Saturday's 8 p.m. game at the Superdome in New Orleans.

After Sunday's 45-17 rout of the Panthers, Brees told reporters he's got a good feeling about the post-season because the franchise has experience on its side.

"We've been on this journey before," Brees said. "We know the feeling of winning a Super Bowl. There's nothing like it."

The Saints won the Super Bowl after the 2009 season. In three home playoff games under Brees, they're 3-0.

The Lions, meanwhile, haven't won a playoff game since 1991, when quarterback Erik Kramer led the Lions to a 38-6 first-round blowout of the Cowboys at the Pontiac Silverdome.

New Orleans's high-powered offense could pose a big-time problem for the Lions' defense, especially its banged-up secondary.

All of our attention should be on the Lions there up 1st. I really want our D to dominate and show the other playoff teams what they are going to be up against. I've got a good feeling that the last 5 weeks they are getting into a zone and are ready to show what they have been brought into New Orleans to do, shut down offenses and wreck havoc.
