Defense is going to be so critical. Limiting megatron is key as are any turn overs. I hope we can match their intensity which should not be a problem in the dome. Starting fast especially defensively is what I want to see do not let them score early and get too confident. Pound them on the ground after getting ahead.

we need to get ahead and stay ahead. We can easily do this if we don't turn the ball over.

Suh is a great player....Brees is better and most likely will get rid of the ball quickly before Suh can have a impact..

I like Suh. I'd take him in a heartbeat any day. I have no issue with any defender who plays with passion and wants to hurt someone on every play. Might be the old school mentality in me.
We might be the 30th ranked pass defense, but that is by yardage only. Still gave up less pts per game and TD's against passing than the Detroit defense did. And regardless about who or what did against what team this year the only real one that matters is head to head and we already know how that panned out. I look forward to meeting again 2 days from now. I like the Lions and respect them and all they have come through. Great young team with a promising future. I still want to add a lesson for them to learn from to that resume though. |

When you have Drew Brees, you can be 30th ranked pass defense and still win Super Bowls. Just sayin!
