Thanks for coming by SloMo! Y'all have a lot to be proud of! I just hate y'all had to play us. Like what was said above; the Lions wont be sneaking up on anybody anymore. The Lions are back! Make sure the Lions faithful know that the Saint Nation supports them.

You are welcome to come in and chat anytime. Best of luck to the Lions and the fans in the future. You've been a good poster brother. See ya!

In all seriousness, you guys have great potential. Good luck next year!

yeah, we may have lost the game, but we've been outed as "contenders" . . . :looks around: . . . you know, it's still a pretty good day . . . I'm still kinda' reeling from that fourth quarter though . . . by land, through the air, and the only reason you guys didn't take it to us by sea was because you got them levees holding back the water . . . keep up the good work, I don't mind going home as long as the team that sends me wins it all . . . ya'll been great to me on here and I wish I could 'multi-quote' the whole damn board to let everyone know that . . . you're hands down the best board in the country . . . I really ain't that nice of a guy, I'm just responding to Saints Nation's hospitality and professionalism . . .

I remember SloMo being mighty brave with his words at the half[taunting about the Lions being a 2nd half team]; my how the 3rd/4th quarter changed his attitude...

Naw, man. SloMo has been an awesome poster for more time than just last night's game. I saw his comments last night ... he's a Lion's fan, but he also realizes that Saints and Lions are kindred souls. Cities facing crisis, longtime losing teams affording them some hope in the darkness. You're all right, SloMo. Heck, I taught in the same high school that Stephen Peterman went to, used to eat at his parents' restaurant. I'm a big Saints fan, but I can't go hating on the Lions. They're definitely an up and coming team.

Agreed. Lions organization and fans have alot to be proud of. They will be a force in the NFC North and their time will come. Definitely nothing but appreciation for you guys and your effort.

On the other hand now we get to hear from our old nemesis this week. It sure was nice for the past while when Niners fans just disappeared in typical fair weather fashion. They won't be able to help themselves trying to mask their fears with every piece of supportive stat and smack they can muster.

Come on Mitch, it's not like that at all, I thought we hugged and made up ... you know I wasn't taunting ya'll anymore then you guys were giving me 'beef' ... it was nothing more then a good time had by all and we all left it in the chat room and on a positive note ... you guys got a great board and a great team and I appreciate you guys allowing me to share in it. It's been a great experience for me and you guys are my kind of people. Now, get on over to my blog and get me some points ... you know what? I'm gonna' "friend" you, my first official 'friend' request on the Black & Gold, and you better accept.

TopCow, gotta' laugh about the Peterman connection ... on one of the Lions' boards they reference one of the members having a Peterman FatHead in his house or something, lol!

go Lions.

You are a true fan sticking with your team through thick and thin. We can relate to that. That's why you will always be welcomed on this site and I hope the fish are biting! Till next year SLoMotion, hopefully yall will take out the packers next year.

Yeah, winter walleyes . . . there's nothing like it . . . it's "Pure Michigan". There's nobody other then the Lions I'd rather see kick some Niners & Packers tail then the Saints. Let me ask y'all something, and you give me a shout like you would in the Metrodome, "Who Dat?"
