We are never getting Fox. I want Spags if GW leaves.

And Gruden wouldn't even be the best OC on our team. He wouldn't leave MNF for head coaching job much less leave to be the coordinator of a side of the ball he doesn't know crap about. I wouldn't mind Raheem Morris as D coordinator.

The only reason I could figure out that Gregg Williams would leave is this, he came here and turned us around, pretty much every where he has been he has had really good defenses, so I think if he leaves it's for the love of turning nothing into something, self satisfaction, history. When most coaches retire and time goes on they are forgotten, only a handful stick out maybe he wants to be remembered as the greatest DC in the game. Just a thought.

Spags tops my list if GW were to leave, but it seems that he is going to the Eagles, who I think he worked for already at some point in his career.
If not Spagnuolo - then I think Del Rio might be an interesting choice and one that could end up being a good fit, because he has the familiarity with NOLA and he has been impressive in the defensive side of things. And like winmill1 stated above, Raheem Morris might be an interesting choice as well, and one I wouldn't be against either. Or Nolan... |
