this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Sean Payton wants a rebate on his portion of salary to subsidize near bottom ranked defense (24th)... Right now our only defense is Pierre Thomas, Chris Ivory, and Darren Sproles......

A couple people asked Why he would leave. Maybe there is considerably more money on the table. Just a thought. I've heard him mention not wanting to go anywhere, but you hear that all the time.
