Look, when it came down to crunch time, we failed, plain and simple. Yeah the TO's hurt a lot, but it all came down to the final 97 seconds, and we sucked.

Crunch time in the playoffs begins at KICKOFF my friend. Don't blame the entire game on one series...

look the defense played well for 55 minutes. the last 2 drives and 5 minutes left they sucked. we won the time of possession so they wasn't on the field too much

Sorry ... it wasn't the turnovers, we overcame all that bad luck ... Smith's run ... major coaching coke ... SF knew everybody was coming ... sealed the edge and it was all over ... Last SF TD was a again GW just being afraid to pressure up the QB we he should ... Our secondary needs coaching ... CB's were 15 yards of the line / receivers on almost every play on that last series ... Yeah we should have not turned the ball over but that is NOT WHAT LOST THIS GAME ... PERIOD ... GW's defensive calls COST US THE GAME ...

The bile in my throat cannot be kept down but.....congrats to the Niners for their hard fought win. We got outplayed. We had every chance to win and fought hard to the end as well. I am sure to a casual football fan that was probably one of the best games they have ever seen. It was a painful rollercoaster ride to those with a horse in it though. I feel sick.

We didn't deserve it. San Fran played mistake free, we didn't, BY A LONG SHOT.

Its our own fault. If we didn't lose to the 1-15 freaking Rams we'd beat this 49 team by two scores in the dome.

The ONLY offensive position I wanna see upgraded is OT.

Our defense needs more playmakers. Two new LB's and some impact D-linemen.

No, not "too much", but in too many bad positions. How many inside their own field???

The 49ers D was far more disruptive then I thought they would be and my boy Alex Smith (I am from Utah) finally gets what he has always deserved.

I really, really hope the 49ers win the Superbowl.
