I hope we don't have to cash sell the Dome to pay him, We're keeping Drew Brees so if he cost too much let him walk to a HC job somewhere.. Just hope and pray he does not go to Atlanta or Tampa bay.

Atlanta already signed Nolan as their DC and I doubt Spags is interested in anything else than a HC or DC position in the league.

Oh, and staff salaries don't count towards the salary cap because they are part of the management, and teams will have to spend right up to the cap floor anyways, which I think is 95% of the cap ~ $115M. So, I think that the Bensons have enough cash to hire a DC even with Brees' signing.

Agree with most, but SP could have had the Raiders HC position if would have wanted to, but decided to walk out on the opportunity after meeting with the "crypt keeper" - at least according to his book.

Who is the "crypt keeper"? OK, probably, Al Davis.
