How do you guys feel about Meachum?
I am not a huge fan. He just does not produce like a 1st should. yea yea I know how we spread the ball around, but if Drew trusted him like Colston and Graham he would find a way to get the ball to him more. Just an observation. Long ball shmong ball. Btw did you here that Spags is in town?

I like him, i see a bigger role for him next year.
|
i wonder about him to tell you the truth, mental lapses maybe? unable to grasp the offense? i am really confused by him. talent is there
|
I look a Meachum as a taller Henderson...they are almost the same damn player....we are holding on to "see how they develop"
|
I like Meach too. I have a feeling we may be seeing more of him soon...

I LOVE ROBERT MEACHUM!!!!
Sorry guys, but I have NEVER SEEN another receiver on ANY team, rip an intercepted ball out of the hands of a defender who had intercepted a ball from a quarterback. This was a MIRACLE head's up play -- that if it hadn't happened -- we would have lost that Redskins game. I think he was imitating the ball thieves on our defense that year!! Plus, he catches long bombs -- which are a lot of fun to watch -- and help win games. Meachum has heart. And, I think if he were given the opportunity to catch more balls -- he would improve. |
One trick pony IMO.
He mostly catches the ball with his body. Potential, yes. Production no. |
I like him enough not to let him go, thats a fact.
|
Meachem = Henderson, if it means they keep Colston then it might be time to cut ties with him
|
I believe his pre-planned role on the team diminishes his "shine" as a standout in our WR core.Get out there and stretch the field for me Meach? He's made some clutch catches for us
.I remember coach Payton saying how his YAC swayed them toward drafting Meachem. |
