Greg Romeus was projected to go in the third round with first round talent but slid all the way to us in the 7th round. He's coming off a bad year with knee and back problems. His weakness is against the run but he has room for improvement. If he can look anything like his film we've got a real winner here.

IMO huge red flag since he's coming off of two major injuries, if this guy can come back to his old form then he's a steal but I'm in a wait and see approach when it comes to this guy but man when healthy pair him up with Junior and Tez and talk about a pass rush
|
The best thing about him is that in any case he was a low-risk/high-reward type of a draft all along. He could turn out to be a real steal, as was already pointed out, but if he can't overcome those injuries to become a starter or a back-up - it doesn't really matter since the team didn't investment in him a lot.

Usually takes two years and a good DL coach to recover....
|
I'll take two more just like him.
Hagan! Who are our prospects? |
I'll state it again:
"ROMEUS WASN'T BUILT IN A DAY" |
Go look up Bruce Irvin DE/OLB from West Virginia, little bit I read said he could go in the mid rounds and play DE in a 4-3 and OLB in a 3-4
|
He'll be a good one, and the steal of the draft.
|
2nd rounders:
Vinny Curry DE/OLB - Marshall Lavonte David OLB - Nebraska Danny Trevathan OLB - Kentucky Chase Thomas OLB - Stanford 3rd Rounders: Shayne Skov DE/OLB - Stanford Jonathan Massaquoi DE - Troy Cordarro Law DE/OLB - Southern Miss |
