Also, NO gives him the best opportunity to shine as a DC and to secure another HC job at some point in the future.
PHI would've also been an interesting choice given that Reid has been skating on thin ice for a few seasons now, and if he was to be fired, they might promote from inside the organization - and then Spags might have gotten his second go-around as a HC. Still, NO was his best choice at fame & glory. |

I'm really surprised if Reid can stand to have another sup-par season and keep his job, but then again it's the Eagles.
