this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; You have about 2 - 3 years. Brees is 33 now. And obviously still great. But it can't last forever. People thought Peyton Manning would go on forever too. But these guys come to an end when they get older. ...

You have about 2 - 3 years. Brees is 33 now. And obviously still great. But it can't last forever. People thought Peyton Manning would go on forever too. But these guys come to an end when they get older. Lots of hits plus age accumulate to bring it to an end.
You have lots of great players on that team. But it's not the same without Brees. That's for sure. He's what holds it together. As long as he is young enough and healthy enough you will be good. Beyond that you will rebuild. |
