Updating a previous report, Mike Sando, of the Tacoma News Tribune, reports the Seattle Seahawks have released DT Norman Hand, after he declined to accept a pay cut.

How long before Grady suffers the same fate in Cheeseland?

I have to admit that I loved Big Norman his first year with us. You think he'd wanna come back for the league minimum? He'd be closer to that wing shack he loved so much. You know the food's gotta suck in Washington state!
