Upcoming draft interviews...
As a writer for BlackAndGold.com, I really appreciate the opportunity that the Editor (Mark Clark) has given me.
As many of you know, BlackAndGold.com has produced more "First Draft Exclusive Interviews" than any other Saints' blog or sports page. Some of the notable names that BlackAndGold.com has done an initial story on include (but are not limited to): * Marcus Colston * Jahri Evans * Tracy Porter * Chris Ivory * Nate Bussey * Thomas Morstead * Johnny Patrick * Cameron Jordan * Martez Wilson * Greg Romeus * Carl Nicks * Adrian Arrington, ...and more. When I speak with the coaching staff about some of our upcoming draft picks (including UDFA's), what question/questions would you like to have thrown their way? I'll try to incorporate as many of your ideas as I can. Thanks to all of you. It is because of you (the fans) that our base is as good as it is! --Stealthman |

Are they going to stick with the method of picking the best player available or are they going to be more committed to picking players to fill certain positions and needs this time around?

Good question, FinSaint. But maybe I wasn't clear enough on my post.
I need questions you'd like asked to the coaches of players we actually draft. After we pick them, "...it is what is is." I just want to know if there are any subjects or thoughts you'd like to see brought up in the interview. Thanks. |

They all pump sunshine into their players but I'd like to get an honest opinion to what they're lacking and how they can improve to be successful at the next level.

How about, what is the one thing they did well in the former system they played in college that will most likely carry over with success to the Saints' system?
