By Jay Glazer SportsLine.com Senior Writer Tell Jay your opinion! This weekend marks the start of the NFL's annual spring owners meetings. And that marks the unofficial end to the bulk of the free-agent feeding frenzy. Each year the free-agent auctioneers can be heard screaming for about a month before the bidding falls off to a slow, steady drip as the owners meetings finishes. A few weeks ago, SportsLine.com offered a list detailing the best free agents still available on the open market. Most of those names are now off the board, having wiped away beads of perspiration caused by exhausting worrying. So what better way to follow up than to preach some gospel about the best bargains and some of the bigger paydays that raised more than a few eyebrows inside the NFL. With the bulk of the pre-June 1 free agents officially signed, there's no better time to look at who got hosed and who did the hosing. That said, SportsLine.com presents the top 10 bargains and the top 10 eyebrow raisers of the NFL annual free-agency bonanza...... for the rest of this list, click here: http://www.sportsline.com/nfl/story/7210038 |

Looks to me like the FA CB market was a wise one to avoid. Wow, did teams overpay or what?
I\'m starting to think we shoulda kissed Fred Thomas, cause we damm sure ****ed him. |

While I am glad that the Saints re-signed Freddy Thomas and I am thrilled that we didnt overpay for another corner....I am worried about the overall depth of the CB\'s. IF Thomas goes down, regardless of how the draft shakes out, we are in trouble. Ambrose, Brown and Craver are far from formidable and it could mean some long days for the Saints. That is why i am still kind of hoping for a trade somewhere down the road...possibly Deltha O\'Neal.
