this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I have a hard time accepting/believing that Brees would know that other QBs were targeted to be intentionally injuried and not object to it....

Also, look at the number of defensive players we have turned over in 3 years. How STUPID was Williams for continuing when we probably had 6-7 guys each year going and playing somewhere else. |

Yes he knew it, but didn't care...have you seen the way our defense played?
He wasn't worried about it at all, cause they couldn't sack anyone |

I have a feeling he knew what was going on..
And as much as Falcon fans hates us they feel just about every team has some type of award system in place secretly installed, it's just sad we had a bunch of snitches on our team. |

What difference does it make? A good (legal) hit that results in a player being knocked out of the game is fine. It is a violent sport. If the hit is a "bounty" illegal hit then that should be punished. Just don't think this is the case or can be proved.

Like he would have been in the locker room going "stop this guys...we dont want to hurt anyone on the other team, lets make sure we help them up after we hit them..." like a big gay

Hey Harper, next time don't drill that QB on the sack, just tackle him and set him down gently on the turf, pretty please.
