Mercedes Benz Sponsorship
Does anyone think that these accusations will affect our sponsorship from Mercedes? The man that brokered and signed the deal for Mercedes was fired within just a couple of days after the deal was signed. They may not find this new image to be to their liking. Thoughts?

I guess it all depends on the contract details... it might be that MB is locked in for a predetermined length of time, and if there are no clauses that gives them an out - I don't think it will change anything.

No. The contract is between Mercedes-Benz and the Louisiana Superdome corporation which is owned by the state of Louisiana.
Unless there are terms that MB can pull out at anytime for any reason, seriously doubt that will ever happen. |

Probably not, unless they want to sell the sponsorship to the quicker-picker-upper paper towels

No. Everybody needs to calm down -- this is all gonna blow over, there will be penalties and fines but it's not like the Saints are going to move to L.A. or Canada because of this.
