He should be the one who gets the worst of it. I don't think the players are gonna be penalized much at all.

I posted last week that, in my opinion, GW was behind all of this. He left for St. Louis with little fan fare. Sean Payton's general comments were basically "don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out."
Supposedly Benson provided the NFL with access to Saint's internal emails. Even if that is true no one in there right mind (and I'm stretching this in GW's case) would up and confess by apologizing. If you read his apology he is basically says he should have stepped in and stopped it, insinuating that the whole bounty program was someone else's idea. GW bascially outed the organization and players. Either he cut a deal with the NFL to lessen his fine/suspension or he is out for revenge or both. If GW gets off light we will know for sure. Sooner or later he'll have to face the Saint's or ex-Saints defenders and I wouldn't be surprised if he suffered a side-line accident in the future. Watch the dirtbag start coaching from the press box next year. |

I wonder how much GW paid Jimmy Graham for that hit on Payton?

No one entity is stealing our dynasty. It all comes back to greed and false pride.
Whether it's the previous lockout, the bounties or the Brees negotiation, it all boils down to greed. Anyone in the organization who has continually placed their money and stats well above the team and competitive ethics can GTFO off our team, right now. |

Agreed Neugey.
I always want my team to play the game the way it is suppose to be played and never want to stoop to low levels. Damn it my team is better than that. I think in a way letting GW walk was the start of making the situation right. I don't know if they knew the situation would come back to bite them back in this way. Rams may lose their DC for this. |
