Browns linebacker Scott Fujita, who reportedly faces potential disciplinary action from the NFL stemming from its investigation of the New Orleans Saints’ bounty system, told Sports Illustrated’s Peter King he has paid teammates for making key defensive plays like interceptions or sacks, but not for intentionally injuring opponents.
“Over the years I’ve paid out a lot of money for big plays like interceptions, sacks and special teams tackles inside the 20,” said Fujita, who played for the Saints from 2006-09 before joining the Browns in 2010 as an unrestricted free agent. “But I’ve never made a payment for intentionally injuring another player.” Full article. Every player in the league ought to just come out and say, we all did it.
Knock this thing down to a misdemeanor. Get a slap on the wrist so we can move on to something else. Too many people calling for heads though. Haters! |

The way I see it is that this is not a Saints issue or a Greg Williams issue...Its an NFL issue, which has come to light while Goodell is commissioner...
Just like with Enron.... Goodell needs to take the hit for his league and what has caught during his watch. Fine him and take away his fine levying ability for 5 games. |

It's a crying shame when a player has to motivate his team mates by paying them for big plays. Isn't that what the owners do?

It probably something spawned out of boredom. If your pulling a Million a year would $5k motivate you? |

We need Tim Tebow to come out of the closet so the media has a better story to cover and get us out the news.
