31 and fell out of favor for the talented youngsters. If the price is right, I wouldn't mind having him in the nickel for next year if Porter is gone.

It's hard to say, he made $3M last season with SEA, but that was a result of a restructuring he agreed to earlier, which would have seen him make somewhere around $7M next season if he hadn't been released.

Barber, Carr, Finnegan, Porter, Rogers, etc. will set the market for CBs this FA period, so he might be had for fairly cheap or his price might get inflated - hard to say at this point in time.

We have more important positions to upgrade 1st, and not a whole lot of money to do it with.

Yeah, signing Trufant would be like repeating the same mistake they made last off-season in signing Fabian Washington.
