I'm still hoping that for some unexpected reason Ronnell Lewis drops down far enough for the Saints to get him with their 2nd round pick.

Mayock said today on NFL Network that Mercilus will more than likely be a 1st round pick.

I heard today that Hightower had a very good pro-day, so he won't be available for the Saints like some mock drafts had suggested.

But seriously, he might be worth a look.

Although, he is kind of "mature" at 26, so I don't know how much of a developmental progression can be expected out of him.

And the evaluation seems to suggest that he his one dimensional in that he can rush the passer, but is weak against the run.
