I think he could get cut depending on how many games he gets suspended for.

Carrying someone for a year or even half a season when you can use the roster spot for someone who can contribute... hmm.

You get roster exemptions for suspended players, but we'd still have to pay him. He's already overpaid in my opinion and to overpay for 4 to 6 games he won't even play sure makes you think hard about releasing him.
