Jerry DiPaola, of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, reports NFL draft prospect Shawn Andrews (Arkansas) said his weight increased from 375 to 405 pounds after the season due to medication he took to reduce polyps in his nasal cavity. Andrews checked in at 345 pounds when he met with the Pittsburgh Steelers Tuesday, April 6.

This guy at one time was projected as a top 10-15 pick but weight concerns pushed him down to late 1st.
He may now have moved back up to the 1st half. Thereby incresing the chances that Hall, Robinson, Vilma, Williams^3 etc may be available to us.

I haven't checked but do any of the 10-17 teams need a mammoth LT?

We pick 18 but I get it.
I\'d rather address LT next year though. Lets see how Stinch develops 1st. Its a weak draft for LT\'s.

Maybe we draft a tackle next year to develop behind Gandy, but I think we\'re set going into this season. I\'m happy we\'re going to have back-to-back seasons with the same two tackles.
