OK so we didn't get it done with the offer we made.Bummer!Well go test the waters CARL,but just know that you have a better QB to take care of here in New Orleans than you'll find anywhere!Carl don't be a loser.
I'm listening to NFL Net right now and have heard Carl Nicks name ten times in 5mins(slight exaggeration). This isn't good but there's still hope right?As long as he don't end up in @lanta I guess...

According to NFL Network's Jason LaCanfora, the Bucs and Eagles are vying for the first visit from free agent OG Carl Nicks.
The Bucs are aggressively pursuing Nicks, Vincent Jackson, and MLB Curtis Lofton. If they manage to land the mauler Nicks, they will enter the 2012 season with one of the premier offensive lines in the league. They might be calling his agent but that means nothing nicks might wanna see how close the saints offer is too anyone else before he sign a saints deal

#Buccaneers are close to a contract agreement with G Carl Nicks Don't know how reliable this twitter account is but if it's true it looks like Nicks is unfortunately very close to being a Buc. |
