The league is already working on what it will do when all these poor disgruntled concussed former players get their day in court.
Well I don't think the league is misinterpreting(though it's possible I suppose), though the whole thing is horribly misrepresented in the media. They act as if our defense was going out their with switch blades or something. The media spinning it out of control because they probably have read too hard between the lines allows them to leverage a stiffer penalty; which they will use to enforce whatever agenda they have in the future.
