this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; No Class action suit, need to file lawsuit in Federal Court for Breech of Contract by the NFL to its' season ticket holders. When we had to re-up for season tickets this had not been done. I wonder if the ...

No Class action suit, need to file lawsuit in Federal Court for Breech of Contract by the NFL to its' season ticket holders. When we had to re-up for season tickets this had not been done. I wonder if the league and the Saints waited to announce the punishment after the deadline to re-new season tickets. I feel that there is a breech of contract because we were certainly expecting Sean Payton to be the head coach for the 2012 season, not to mention the players that have yet to be suspended.

You're dreaming. This isn't the first time the coach in March hasn't been the coach when the season started. Usually it's because they've been fired, but that's beside the point - it's just as much (or as little) a breach of contract.
