I am hoping, like in the case of Rapestberger... The big punishment was meant to stifle the crowds.. and near week 8 Payton and Loomis's suspensions are lifted.... When things quiet down a bit. |

I really hope that is how it all works out in the end. Imagine if SP will be forced to sit out the whole season, and then when Goodell examines GW's suspension a year from now - like it was stated that he would - Goodell would decide to let GW back into the league once again. That would suck big time! SP and GW basically serving the same sentence for totally different roles in this whole mess. I know it's very unlikely that would happen, but who knows what will happen when Goodell is involved. |
