The problem I have with this is that if we win it all without Payton, he's out of a job.

That's why I said grab a retired former head coach that doesn't really wanna comeback. We can promise Dungy, Cowher, and Gruden two things the Cardinals, Dolphins, and Panthers couldn't: a legit shot and one more Superbowl ring in one year and no pressure to return.
