2004 Schedule Out
9/12 - SEATTLE
9/19 - SAN FRANCISCO 9/26 - @ St. Louis 10/3 - @ Arizona 10/10 - TAMPA BAY 10/17 - MINNESOTA (SNF) 10/24 - @ Oakland 10/31 - BYE 11/7 - @ San Diego 11/14 - KANSAS CITY 11/21 - DENVER 11/28 - @ Atlanta 12/5 - CAROLINA 12/12 - @ Dallas 12/19 - @ Tampa Bay 12/26 - ATLANTA 1/2 - @ Carolina Ouch. I sure hope they start strong, b/c it's gonna hurt down the stretch. 5 of our 6 final games are conference games with our only break coming at Dallas! The two other games in our back 8? Denver and Kansas City. How does a 4th straight year being 3-5 in half the season sound? Looking at this I think we should probably start out 2-2 with wins @ zona and home against SF. We'll be 4-3 at the bye b/c we'll lose to Minnesota on national television (it's the SAINTS we're talking about here). We'll come out of the bye with a win against SD, but after that... tank job. ;) Even if we split in division that puts us 2-3 in that back half (assuming a win against TB at home early). Anyone really think we can be a whole lot better than 1-2 against KC, Denver, and Dallas? Maybe 2-1 I guess. I may have to go back to my 2003 prediction. 8-8 or 9-7. :P I sure hope I'm wrong but damn that looks like a tough second half. |
