IIRC he was a horrible interview but eventually convinced someone to hire him after several of these interviews. I have no problem with the rule as long as the minority in question knows the situation and realizes why he's there and what he gains from it is the real reason the rule exists to start with. Disclaimer: I may be confusing Marvin Lewis and Lovie Smith, my memory sucks at my age, but the point remains. |
