Lofton reflects on crossing on crossing rivalry lines

Lofton never missed a down because of injury over the past four seasons as he racked up 577 tackles. As a rookie, he came out on passing downs. He played more than 95 percent of the snaps over the past three seasons under defensive coordinator Brian VanGorder.

Lofton said it was made clear that the Falcons, under new defensive coordinator Mike Nolan, viewed him as a two-down linebacker.

The first 3 sentences prove every Falcon fan/hater wrong.

I just recently learned that you NEVER EVER capitalize falcon when referencing the atlanta falcons. Its disrespectful to an awesome bird.

I was reprimanded earlier for doing it and quite frankly I deserved it. Its hard to do because of old grammar habits... but I'm gonna try and so should everyone else.

However, I think its still OK to capitalize Skid Britches.
