They will all be communicating. You can get encrypted sat phones that are impossible to monitor. That's what I'd do. Unless they are blantantly communicating out in public the NFL will turn a blind eye to it. They just want them off the field and out of the facilities to show they made an effort to make the league safer once all the lawsuits start coming down range.

SP could very easily buy 2 laptops today create an email address of igotscrewedbyroger@yahoo.com and give the other to Vitt who could log in as inovermyheadwhodat@gmail.com, and who would ever know?
