The best pick i found was probably Chad Pennington in 2000 or maybe Dewayne Washington in 1994

94 - Todd Steussie went 19.
96 - Marvin Harrison went 19. 97 - DE Kenny Holmes went 18. OT Tarik Glenn went 19. 98 - RB Robert Edwards went 18 and made the probowl his rookie year, before getting injured. 01 - OT Jeff Backus went 18 & DT Casey Hampton went 19. I listed 19\'s because it\'s only one spot off. |
