this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Steve Wyhce just reported on the NFL Network that the NFL has but the Saints players bounty penalties under some article which lets the Commishioner decide their fates, and just like the coaches guess where the appeals go...... Rodger Goodell. ...

Judge, Jury, and Executioner..... Crime????
Steve Wyhce just reported on the NFL Network that the NFL has but the Saints players bounty penalties under some article which lets the Commishioner decide their fates, and just like the coaches guess where the appeals go...... Rodger Goodell. It was also said that once the Punishments are levied that each player involved only has three business days to appeal. I can't find the link yet soon as I do it will be in here!!!
