I remember that so well... It was an absolute garbage flag. I was jumping up and down screaming at the tv lol. Unfortunately, dumba$$ Goodell probably sees video like that and thinks "Oh yeah, we got ya Harper! Look at that blood-thirsty killer trying to hurt Cutler." What an absolute joke.

You know what? I remember this preseason game against the Houston Texans in the Dome...I'm pretty sure it was 2010, I can't remember. But there was this one spot in the game, where the refs called A BUNCH of personal fouls on the Saints defense, almost in a row or series...several plays almost in a row, with penalties...It marched the Texans down the field. Personal foul, unnecessary roughness, flags thrown after the play, all kinds type of ticky-tacky type calls, in a row or in the course of a very few plays. We were all like, WTF is this, let 'em play.

When I get some time I am gonna try and look this one up, and see if it really happened or not... But it was a bunch of defensive penalties, almost in a row...it was very striking and kind of odd. VERY strange in light of what we know now about the bounty investigation, which started at the end of the 2009 season when Childress complained.

Does anyone remember in 2009 Will Smith got a flag for consoling Matthew Stafford just walked up and put is hand on his helmet as they were walking off the field. Their going to ruin football before this is over
