I am so surprised that is the way you guys are thinking, I honestly don't think you get anything in the later rounds the caliber of Asante. This is going to be a corners go early draft. How old was Sharper when he first arrived. The age thing is bull. Asante is long in the tooth, but veteran savy and playmaking ablity make up for that. I think it is risky, but if you give him something to play for he may be everything were missing!

He was real good at one time, I'd pass now. That corner from Coastal Carolina should be there in the 4th, to me he could be a mold of what Spags likes out of a corner.

they are willing to deal him for so little because of the cap impact he carries... just like Reggie did for us.
Last i heard it was around 9 mil against the cap this year.... So that's a HELL NO in my book. For that money they would have to give us picks. |

Asante would bring in experience that could benefit the team but in all likely hood it wont happen. Probably best for the team cause we can go younger n cheaper just coach em up.
