This is stupid. If they can do their job and smoke pot so be it. It's not like they are dropping acid and robbing people to pay for their habit.

Mickey Loomis is very busy signing free agents, but mainly it's because his phone has a secret toggle switch on it, that patches him in to the lines and telecommunications relays, where he is actually eavesdropping and monitoring the phone lines of the other 31 teams and seeing who they're signing and who they're cutting, within seconds, before anybody else knows about it. Then he hacks into the bank financial networks and examines each Saints player's bank balance and personal finances, in order to determine precisely what to offer them in a contract restructure. Then within seconds he secretly signals that information to his assistants, who then contact the agents and cut the deals.
