Why we would "re-wire" stuff to let our GM have the access to that info is beyond me anyway. I don't know if anyone else noticed this, but they use wireless mics on the field. So therefore, how in God's name could a wireless system be "re-wired" to run up to the place where Loomis sat?? Absolutely non-sensical.

Loomis should sue ESPN or the "source" for Defamation of Character when all this is over, I would

They said it was wired to pick up the signal from the Saints communications. Then, when the current GM stepped in, it could be "re-wired," or the channel changed to pick up the opposing coach's communications. Since there were 2 switches (1 offense and 1 defense) it had to be rewired to change the channel

I'm not sure that it would hold up in court.

Not likely because he is a public figure

Even if he did listen to defensive calls, it would be impossible to translate it for Aaron Brooks back then!

I don't think that's the point. Regardless it is against NFL rules, and federal law

Any sentence containing "Aaron Brooks" is a joke nowadays...
