Not quite done. Until we know what, if any, suspensions are levied we don't know what cap is available for the deal. If a player is suspended their salary does not count against the cap.

It'll be done soon. Once it is Loomis can calculate cap available based upon what is laid down. Then players can appeal. If they win their appeals my guess that getting back the suspended salary will no longer count against cap. I can'r say for sure, but I'll be willing to bet it would work that way.
