In what way are the pundits stupid?

I think it has to do with good grades off the field come from bad grades on the field (except the Browns, sigh). I could say that at least this babble coming from their computers is helping to feed their families. However, then I have to say heaven help the world because that means they've somehow figured out where the proper orifice is and have reproduced.

Because the draft is stupid.

Why does it take so long for the draft to play out? Why does every pick take up nearly all the allotted time? Even in the late rounds? Because ESPN demands the commercial time and the ratings and the friggin $$$. The NFL and its teams comply willingly. Watching the draft is so lame, I'll spend maybe 5 minutes reading about the players we drafted online after the fact and move on. I don't give a damn what the pundits say, it's all mental masturbation. What a waste of time.
