No crimnal charges can fe filed. The espn douche did not file a report, he just did a espn report with speculation. Civil is a different matter. Sue espn and change the name to ESPN-New Orleans.

No, there was a report filed with the US Attorney's office. I'll bet it was filed by his "source" with a little urging by the reporter, Barr.
